Driving Directions: - Walking From the Airport Terminals: Terminal A - Closed for renovations Terminals E - From Terminal E follow signs for ''bridge to central parking'' and ''pedestrian bridge.'' Take this walkway until the parking elevators. Proceed to second floor and into the Hilton Hotel via skybridge. Terminals B, C & D - It is necessary to walk through the Central Parking Garage. Follow signs toward the ''bridge to terminal A & E.'' Continue to follow a thick red stripe that leads all the way to the skybridge starting at the entrance to each level of the garage. Follow to Terminal A parking elevators. Proceed to 2nd floor and into the Hilton Hotel via skybridge. From the Airport by Hilton Shuttle: Follow signs to baggage claim area of terminal. Go to courtesy phones and press the button for Hilton. Go out to the curbside area that says ''courtesy buses''. Look for the Hilton silver and blue shuttle, which arrives every 15 minutes. Take a right onto Harborside Drive and go through 2 sets of lights to a thrid, which will be ''Hotel Drive''. Take a left onto Hotel Drive, and take the next right onto Terminal Rd. From Western Massachusetts: Follow Route 90 East through the Prudential tunnel, getting in the right lane. Follow signs for exit 26 (Airport/Ted Williams Tunnel).
